Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

As a service-based events business, JNSQ does not typically offer physical product delivery. However, the following applies where relevant:

Event Tickets and Confirmations

  • Tickets and booking confirmations are delivered via email upon successful purchase or registration.

  • If you have not received your ticket within 1 hour of booking, please contact us at [your email/contact page].

Merchandise or Gift Packages (if applicable)

  • If physical items (such as merchandise or guest packages) are sold or distributed, shipping details including costs, delivery timeframe, and tracking info will be provided at checkout.

  • JNSQ is not liable for delivery delays due to third-party couriers, but we will assist in resolving any issues.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket or booking services with JNSQ, you agree to the following terms:

Services & Payments

  • All event services, including private planning and production, require full payment prior to commencement.

  • JNSQ reserves the right to cancel bookings that are unpaid or overdue.

Event Participation

  • Guests must be 18+ unless otherwise specified.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who exhibit disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Intellectual Property & Content

  • All content created by JNSQ (branding, event design, photography, etc.) remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Guests and clients may not use event visuals or materials for commercial use without permission.

Liability

  • JNSQ is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during events.

  • While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not liable for accidents, injury, or damage resulting from third-party suppliers or force majeure events.

Changes to Terms

• JNSQ reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Event Tickets

  • All ticket sales for JNSQ events are final and non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by JNSQ.

  • In the event of cancellation, guests will be notified via email and offered either a full refund or a ticket transfer to a future event (subject to availability).

  • Tickets may be transferable upon request with at least 48 hours' notice and written approval from our team.

Private & Corporate Event Services

  • All services must be paid for in full prior to the event date.

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to a 25% cancellation fee to cover planning and administrative costs).

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

  • In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., government restrictions, extreme weather), JNSQ reserves the right to reschedule or modify services with as much notice as possible.
